Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,179 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PABPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL43P, PLPP1, and PSTK. Each is linked with PABPC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC5-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC5 versus RN7SL43P in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
