PABPC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,080 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, RNGTT, and DEPDC1B. Each is linked with PABPC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC5-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by PABPC5-low versus PABPC5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
