Across TCGA cell cohorts, PABPC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,555 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PABPC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile. Each is linked with PABPC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC5-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by PABPC5-low versus PABPC5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
