PABPC4L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC4L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,778 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC4L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, YAP1, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with PABPC4L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC4L-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC4L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC4L versus VCL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC4L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC4L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
