PABPC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,024 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEF, IGFBP7, and F2R. Each is linked with PABPC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC4-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC4 versus TEF in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
