Across TCGA cell cohorts, PABPC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,991 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome biogenesis, rRNA processing, and Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous antigen. Each is linked with PABPC4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC4-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC4 results are reported.
