PABPC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDRG1, NOL6, and POP1. Each is linked with PABPC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC3-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC3 versus NDRG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
