PABPC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFYVE19, PKP1, and RNF10P1. Each is linked with PABPC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC3-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE19 grouped by PABPC3-low versus PABPC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
