Across TCGA cell cohorts, PABPC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,800 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to dehydroepiandrosterone, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Positive regulation of RNA polymerase II transcription preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with PABPC3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC3-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC3 results are reported.
