Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PABPC1P8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PABPC1P8 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PABPC1P8 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PABPC1P8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LAML show a favorable association.

LIHC, KIRC, and KIRP are the cancer types where PABPC1P8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
