Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PABPC1P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PABPC1P2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PABPC1P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PABPC1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where PABPC1P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
