PABPC1P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,616 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1P10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1, UBE2D3P1, and YWHAZP3. Each is linked with PABPC1P10 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1P10-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1P10 versus PABPC1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
