Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,818 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Maturation of SSU-rRNA, and 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with PABPC1P10 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1P10-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1P10 results are reported.
