Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,881 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PABPC1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP_S921, NUP93, and ADNP. Each is linked with PABPC1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1L-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L versus ADNP_S921 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
