Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,167 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PABPC1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPNPEP3, TUSC1, and ERHP1. Each is linked with PABPC1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1L-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L versus XPNPEP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
