Across TCGA cell cohorts, PABPC1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,809 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Negative regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with PABPC1L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1L-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1L results are reported.
