PABPC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,828 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBR5, TGS1, and UTP23. Each is linked with PABPC1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1 versus UBR5 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
