PABPC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,357 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP18, WDR43, and WDR75. Each is linked with PABPC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1 versus UTP18 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
