Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PABPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIRC5, ECT2, and CENPA. Each is linked with PABPC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1 versus BIRC5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
