Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 33,792 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PABPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL11, RPLP1, and U2AF2. Each is linked with PABPC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1 versus RPL11 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
