PABPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,068 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, CXCL13, and SFXN1. Each is linked with PABPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by PABPC1-low versus PABPC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
