Across TCGA patient cohorts, PABPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Notch1, and PCNA. Each is linked with PABPC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1 results are reported.
