The most reproducible PABPC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blastocyst growth, CUT catabolic process, and Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome. Each is linked with PABPC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1 results are reported.
