PABPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PABPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PABPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCARE, C8orf86, and OR52K1. Each is linked with PABPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PABPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PABPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCARE grouped by PABPC1-low versus PABPC1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PABPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PABPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
