PA2G4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PA2G4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PA2G4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC20_T70, CDK1, and DDX21. Each is linked with PA2G4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PA2G4-to-partner and partner-to-PA2G4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PA2G4 versus CDC20_T70 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PA2G4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PA2G4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
