PA2G4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PA2G4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,085 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PA2G4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-53P, RPL12P43, and ELMO2P1. Each is linked with PA2G4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PA2G4-to-partner and partner-to-PA2G4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-53P grouped by PA2G4-low versus PA2G4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PA2G4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PA2G4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
