Across TCGA cell cohorts, PA2G4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,613 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PA2G4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA metabolic process, Maturation of SSU-rRNA, and 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PA2G4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PA2G4-to-partner and partner-to-PA2G4 results are reported.
