Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P4HTM Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P4HTM data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher P4HTM Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P4HTM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, STAD, and CESC are the cancer types where P4HTM Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
