P4HTM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HTM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,145 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MZF1, NICN1, and CRELD1. Each is linked with P4HTM in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HTM-to-partner and partner-to-P4HTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P4HTM versus MZF1 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
