P4HTM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HTM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,917 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HTM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, DDAH1, and NRBF2. Each is linked with P4HTM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HTM-to-partner and partner-to-P4HTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P4HTM versus LZTFL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
