Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HTM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Notch1, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with P4HTM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HTM-to-partner and partner-to-P4HTM results are reported.
