P4HTM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, P4HTM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,234 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HTM-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOXA1, DALRD3, and ZC3H6. Each is linked with P4HTM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HTM-to-partner and partner-to-P4HTM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P4HTM versus NOXA1 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HTM→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HTM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
