Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,869 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P4HB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SECISBP2, CEP68, and TSEN2. Each is linked with P4HB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HB-to-partner and partner-to-P4HB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HB→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
