P4HA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,875 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA1, PLOD2, and PLOD3. Each is linked with P4HA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HA2-to-partner and partner-to-P4HA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P4HA2 versus P4HA1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
