Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24,314 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P4HA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL2, PLOD2, and LGALS1. Each is linked with P4HA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HA2-to-partner and partner-to-P4HA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P4HA2 versus LOXL2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
