Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,066 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P4HA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY19P, GYG2P1, and DPP4-DT. Each is linked with P4HA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HA2-to-partner and partner-to-P4HA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY19P grouped by P4HA2-low versus P4HA2-high in PRAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
