P4HA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,322 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, P4HA2, and PLOD1. Each is linked with P4HA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HA1-to-partner and partner-to-P4HA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P4HA1 versus PLOD2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
