Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,767 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLOD2, PFKFB4, and ENO2. Each is linked with P4HA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HA1-to-partner and partner-to-P4HA1 results are reported.
