P4HA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P4HA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, p62 Lck ligand, and ATM. Each is linked with P4HA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HA1-to-partner and partner-to-P4HA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by P4HA1-low versus P4HA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P4HA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→P4HA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
