Across TCGA cell cohorts, P4HA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,217 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P4HA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, and Collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with P4HA1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P4HA1-to-partner and partner-to-P4HA1 results are reported.
