Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P3H4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P3H4 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher P3H4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P3H4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, PRAD, and COAD are the cancer types where P3H4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
