Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P3H2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P3H2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher P3H2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P3H2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where P3H2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
