Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,264 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P3H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are P3H2-AS1, SNTB2, and PTPN14. Each is linked with P3H2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H2-to-partner and partner-to-P3H2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, P3H2 versus P3H2-AS1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P3H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P3H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
