Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,707 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P3H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1RAP, MTAPP2, and TREM1. Each is linked with P3H2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H2-to-partner and partner-to-P3H2 results are reported.
