Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, P3H2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P3H2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP1, CEACAM3, and KRTAP4-4. Each is linked with P3H2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H2-to-partner and partner-to-P3H2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRISP1 grouped by P3H2-low versus P3H2-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P3H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P3H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
