Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P3H2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated P3H2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher P3H2-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P3H2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and BRCA show a favorable association.

KICH, BRCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where P3H2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
