P3H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P3H1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P3H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, C-Raf, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with P3H1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P3H1-to-partner and partner-to-P3H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by P3H1-low versus P3H1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P3H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→P3H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
