Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible P2RY4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrotransposon silencing by heterochromatin formation and Nuclear pore localization. Each is linked with P2RY4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY4-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
