P2RY2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, P2RY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible P2RY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA6, LRRC59, and ERGIC1. Each is linked with P2RY2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both P2RY2-to-partner and partner-to-P2RY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA6 grouped by P2RY2-low versus P2RY2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (P2RY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→P2RY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
