Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, P2RY1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated P2RY1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher P2RY1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated P2RY1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where P2RY1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
